Sauce for Cucumbers

  • 2 cucumbers, sliced
  • 2 tbsp. sugar

Sauce:

  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1/3 c. shoyu
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • Dash of Ajinomoto
  • 1 tsp. ko cho jung sauce
  • 1 tsp. sesame seed oil
  • 2 tbsp. sesame seed, roasted

1. Slice the cucumbers and sprinkle with 2 tbsp. sugar.
2. Let stand while mixing the sauce.
3. Mix sauce ingredients together.
4. Squeeze out the water from the cucumbers.
5. Mix cucumbers with sauce.
