- ½ lb. ground pork
- 1 doz. shrimp, chopped
- green onions
- 1 pkg. water chestnuts or can
- salt, pepper, ajinomoto
- 5 spices, 2 pinches
- 1 egg
Mix and roll into bread crumbs. Form into balls or log. Deep fry until brown.
