Seafood with Black Bean
- 2 lbs. seafood
- 1/2 lb. pork hash
- 1 T sugar
- 1/2 t salt
- 1-1/2 c soup broth (1 can Swanson)
- 2 t black bean (or more to taste)
- 1 egg, beaten
- green onion or Chinese parsley
Method:
Heat oil and fry pork hash with garlic and brown. Add sugar, salt, dash of aji and soup broth and cook for 10 minutes.
Add seafood and mix and after it starts boiling cover and cook for 10 minutes.
Add beaten egg and black beans and cornstarch. Before serving, garnish with green onions or parsley.
