Shoyu Chicken
- 2 lbs. chicken wings or thighs
- ¼ cup corn oil
- ¼ cup shoyu
- ¼ cup brown or white sugar
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- ½ t. grated ginger
Mix all ingredients except chicken. Add chicken and bake in aluminum foil-lined pan at 325°F for 1 hour, turning twice. Sauce may be thickened with cornstarch.
