Sesame Chicken Wings

- 3 lbs. chicken wings
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon MSG
- 5 teaspoons soy sauce
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Oil for deep frying
Cut chicken wings at joints. Combine next 10 ingredients. Place chicken in the mixture and marinate at least 2 hours, turning occasionally. Overnight marinating will give a better flavor. Heat oil to 350 degrees and fry chicken until golden brown.
