Scrambled Tofu

  • 2/3 block tofu
  • 1/3 cup shrimps
  • 2 stalks green onion
  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • 1½ tbsp. shoyu
  • 1½ tsp. sugar
  • Monosodium glutamate

Boil the tofu in boiling water and remove it from the water when the water becomes clear.
Chop the shrimps and the green onions. Heat oil in pan and fry the shrimp.
Next add tofu shredding it with your hand. (Besure the water has been well drained from the tofu). Cook well, then add the green onions. Season with shoyu, sugar and monosodium glutamate.
