Sausage and Potato Balls

Roll into 1 inch balls:

  • Sausage meat

Coat the balls with

  • Mashed potatoes

Roll them in

  • 1 egg diluted with 1 tbsp. water

Then in

  • Sifted seasoned bread crumbs

Roll them again in the egg and in crumbs. Let them dry for about 1 hour. Fry until brown in deep fat. Serve on toothpicks.
