Russian Chicken

  • 3 to 4 pounds Chicken
  • 2 cans Chicken Broth
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 8 ounces Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 bottle (16 ounce) Russian Dressing
  • Salt
  • Pepper

In large pot, place chicken, chicken broth, and enough water to cover the chicken. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium. Add chopped onion, mushrooms and Russian dressing. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir and cover. Cook for approximately 1 hour. Turn off heat and let stand for 10 minutes before serving.

This dish may be cooked in a crockpot.
