Honey-Baked Chicken

  • 6 Chicken Breasts (or Chicken Parts of Your Choice)
  • 1/4 cup Butter or Margarine, melted
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Curry Powder

Place chicken in baking dish. Combine other ingredients and pour over chicken.

Bake uncovered in a preheated 350° oven for 1-1/4 hours. Baste every 15 minutes until chicken is tender and nicely browned. Be careful not to burn the chicken.

Serve over rice.
