Quickie Chow Mein
- 2 pkgs. chow mein noodles
- 1 can Swanson Chicken Broth
- 1 cube beef bouillon
- 1/3 cup char siu (cut into slivers)
- 1/3 cup kamabuko (cut into slivers)
- 2 fried eggs (cut into slivers)
- shoyu
- chopped green onions
Use a big frying pan or Wok. Heat chicken broth and bouillon cube to boil and cube is dissolved. Add chow mein noodles and stir well. Continue cooking and stirring on medium heat for three minutes. Liquid must continue bubbling. Turn off heat.
Add char siu, kamabuko, and eggs. Toss to mix. Use shoyu for taste. Garnish with green onions.
