Tai-Wan Mushi
- 1 lb. ground pork
- 1/4 C chopped dried mushrooms
- 1/4 C chopped bamboo shoots
- 1 med. sliced onion
- 2 T. sake
- 1/4 t. salt
- 4 T. soy sauce
- 4 T. sugar
- 1 block tofu
- 2 eggs
Fry ground pork. Add mushrooms, onions, and bamboo shoots. Add sugar, salt, soy sauce, and sake. Cut tofu in 1″ thickness and place in bottom of casserole dish. Pour pork mixture over tofu. Pour 2 beaten eggs over that mixture and bake at 350º for 35-45 minutes.
