Pork Hash with Peanuts

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • ½ lb. pork, ground
  • 1 can salted peanuts
  • 4 to 5 eggs beaten
  • 4 tbsp. shoyu
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • ½ cup green onion, chopped

Fry pork, drain oil. Fry hamburger together with pork. Add shoyu, sugar, green onion and salted peanuts. Pour beaten eggs over the mixture, cover and steam.
