Pork Chops Ala Mushroom

- 8 Slices of pork chops
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 can mushrooms (about 10 oz. can)
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- ½ c water
- ½ onion, finely cut
- ½ c. milk
Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Brown the pork chops on both sides slowly. Add chopped onions, then cover chops with mushrooms and the can of soup with milk and water. Cover and simmer for 25 to 30 minutes or until chops are tender.
