Pineapple Shrimps
Mrs. Iwalani Kamoku – Hualani
Batter:
- 1 c flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ajinomoto
- ¾ c water
- 2 lb shrimps
- 4 slices pineapple or chunks
- 2 c oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp ajinomoto
Clean shrimp leaving tail on. Season with salt and ajinomoto. Dip into batter and fry until light brown.
