Pie Crust #2

Rose Marie Fontes Alfonso, Class of 1963

  • 2 cups sifted flour
  • 2/3 cup + 2 Tbsp Crisco
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 Tbsp water

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until it forms a ball and roll out in floured, doubled wax paper.

Yield: 1 pie crust for 9-inch pan
