Flaky Pie Crust
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2/3 cup lard
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp vinegar
Blend flour, salt and lard. Combine egg yolk and vinegar in 1/2 cup measure; fill to top with ice water. Mix into flour; blend. Chill 30 minutes. Roll out. Bake in 400 degree oven about 10 minutes.
