Won Bok with Bacon

  • 1-1/2 lbs won bok
  • 4 slices bacon, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp water

Cut won bok into 1-inch slices. Fry bacon until almost crisp. Stir won bok into bacon; add soy sauce and water. Simmer, covered, 8-10 minutes or until tender.

Yield: 6 servings
