Yogurt and Chive Biscuits

Class of 1933

  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 1/3 cup cold water
  • 1/3 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp snipped chives

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Stir all ingredients to a soft dough. Gently smooth dough into a ball on floured cloth-covered board. Knead 5 times. Roll dough 1/2-inch thick. Cut with floured 2-inch cutter. Bake on ungreased baking sheet 8-10 minutes.

Yield: 10-12 biscuits
