Pickled Pig Feet

- 3 lbs chopped pig feet
- Salt, pepper
- Flour
- 1 c vinegar
- 1 c sugar
- 2 T shoyu
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 small piece ginger
- 1 c water
Roll pig feet in salt, pepper and flour and fry in oil until nice and brown. Then add the rest of the ingredients and cook until tender.
