Peach Custard Pie

- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup butter
- Large can peaches
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 egg
- 1 cup evaporated milk
Blend flour and butter. Press firmly into bottom and sides of shallow baking pan. Drain peaches (save syrup) and arrange on top of dough. Cover with sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 375º for 20 minutes.
Mix 1/2 cup peach syrup with egg and milk. Pour over peaches and bake until custard is firm.
