Passion Fruit Jelly

  • 3 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 c. water
  • 3/4 c. fresh passion fruit juice
  • 1/2 c. Certo

Combine sugar and water and bring to bubbling boil. Stir constantly for one (1) minute. Remove from heat, stir in Certo. Add passion fruit juice and mix well. Pour into glasses and cover with paraffin at once.
