Watercress-Turnip Relish
- Watercress
- Turnip
- Salt
- Gourmet powder
Wash and chop watercress into ¼” size. Grate turnip, using medium-size on Western grater. Combine all ingredients and let stand for a few minutes. Squeeze liquid out and serve.
This is a relish that left-over watercress can be used—a “quickie” relish which is tasty.
