Ono Beef Broccoli
- 3/4 lb. beef
- 1 t minced ginger
- 2 T shoyu
- 2 T salad oil
- 2 c sliced broccoli
- 1 medium onion-sliced
- 4 green onions
- 1 t sugar
- 1/2 t MSG
- dash pepper
- 1 T cornstarch
- 2 c beef stock
Thinly slice beef. Marinate 30 minutes in ginger and shoyu. Heat 1 T oil in skillet. Saute broccoli 1 minute, remove. Heat remaining oil. Saute beef and onions till beef is brown. Cut green onions into 1″ pieces. Combine remaining ingredients and stir into beef mixture. Add broccoli and green onions. Cook until sauce thickens. Makes 6 servings.
