Niblet Chop Suey

- 2 tsp oil
- ¾ lb pork
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 can corn niblet (7 oz.)
- ¼ lb ham
- 1¼ tsp salt
- 2-3 stalks celery
- 2 sweet peppers (Med.)
- Green onions
Dice pork and ham, celery and peppers. Brown pork in oil with garlic and salt. Add ham, fry for a minute, then add corn, celery and onion. Cook for a minute. Add gravy, bring to boil and cook for one minute.
