Mongolian Beef

- 1 lb. flank steak
Marinade:
- 1/4 tsp. Chinese five spices*
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/4 cup shoyu
- 1 1/4 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. sesame seed oil
Score steak; pound with meat mallet or back of knife handle, holding knife upright. Combine marinade ingredients and mix well. Marinate steak overnight.
Broil over charcoal or in the oven, 10 minutes on each side.
