Mochi Chicken

  • 5 lb. chicken thighs, cut in small pieces

Marinade:

  • 2 large eggs
  • 5 Tbsp. sugar
  • 5 Tbsp. shoyu
  • 5 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 5 Tbsp. mochi flour (mochiko)
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 large clove garlic, crushed
  • Chopped green onion (optional)

Mix marinade ingredients and marinate chicken for 2 hours or longer. Pan fry or deep fry until done, 5 to 10 minutes.
