Microwave Steamed Fish
- 1½-2 lbs. mullet
- 1 stalk green onion
- 1″ ginger cut in slivers
- 1 T. chung choi cut in slivers
- salt
Marinade:
- 1 T. salad oil
- 1 T. soy sauce
- ½ t. cornstarch
- ½ t. sugar
Combine marinade in a glass dish. Sprinkle fish with salt and marinate in sauce.
Sprinkle green onions, chung choi, and ginger over fish.
Cover dish with plastic wrap or glass cover.
Microwave on HIGH for 4-6 minutes. Let stand for 3 minutes before serving.
