Microwave Chinese Chicken Salad
- 1 lb. chicken breast
- 1 head lettuce, cut in ½” strips
- 3 stalks celery, slivered
- 1 can La Choy chow mein noodles
- 2 T. slivered almonds
- Garnish with green onions, cut in slivers
Cook chicken breast for 2-3 minutes on High. Debone meat–shred.
Dressing:
- ¼ cup sugar
- 6 T. white vinegar
- 2 t. salt
- 1 t. pepper
- ¼ cup sesame seed oil
