Microwave Chinese 5 Spice Chicken

  • 2 t. salt
  • 1½ T. sugar
  • 2 t. Chinese 5 spice
  • 4½ T. shoyu
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ¼ t. aji
  • 1 T. oyster sauce
  • 1 stalk green onion
  • 1 T. ginger
  • 1 T. Chinese parsley
  • 1 3-lb. chicken cut up into serving pieces

Combine ingredients for sauce. Rub chicken with sauce and marinate for 1 hour.

Microwave on HIGH for 25 minutes.

Stir chicken half way during cooking time.

Serves 6.
