Microwave Chinese 5 Spice Chicken
- 2 t. salt
- 1½ T. sugar
- 2 t. Chinese 5 spice
- 4½ T. shoyu
- 1 clove garlic
- ¼ t. aji
- 1 T. oyster sauce
- 1 stalk green onion
- 1 T. ginger
- 1 T. Chinese parsley
- 1 3-lb. chicken cut up into serving pieces
Combine ingredients for sauce. Rub chicken with sauce and marinate for 1 hour.
Microwave on HIGH for 25 minutes.
Stir chicken half way during cooking time.
Serves 6.
