Microwave Beef Tomato
- 1 lb. meat, slice beef
- 2 pieces ginger
Marinade:
- 2 t. cornstarch
- ½ t. salt
- 1 T. shoyu
- ¼ cup water
- ½ t. oil
- 1 round onion
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 stalks celery
Cut onions and tomatoes and bell pepper into 1″ chunks. Cut celery in 1″ pieces.
Heat browning dish with 1½ T. oil for 4 minutes on High.
Brown ginger with beef. Add marinade mixture to beef.
Cook for 3 minutes on High. Add onions. Cover and cook for 1 minute.
Add celery, tomatoes, bell peppers and cover. Cook for 2 minutes.
