Mango Pie

  • 3 to 4 fresh mangos, sliced
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. ginger
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 egg, beaten

Topping:

  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. firm packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/4 c. butter

Arrange mango slices in 9-inch unbaked pastry shell. Mix other ingredients and pour over. Sprinkle with topping. Bake at 400 degrees 25 to 30 minutes until brown. Cool and serve.

Topping: Mix in small bowl, then cut butter in until all fine particles.
