Mandarin Chicken

  • 2 lbs. chicken breast
  • 1/4 c. cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger, grated
  • 1/4 c. green onion, finely chopped
  • 1/3 c. Hoisin sauce
  • 2 tbsp. oil
  1. Mix all sauce ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Marinate 2 to 3 hours. (Overnight if using chicken thighs)
  3. Broil till done.
