Ketchup Beef
- 1 lb. meat
- 1 round onion, sliced
Sauce:
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. sugar
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 2 tsp. shoyu
Brown meat on all sides, take out and slice thin. Fry onion, add sauce and cook 1 minute. Add meat, mix and serve.
