Kau Gee
- 1 pkg. won ton pee
- 1 lb. lean pork, chopped
- 3 water chestnuts, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. mustard
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- pepper
- green onion
- 1 tsp. oyster sauce
- 1 egg
Combine the above ingredients. Fill Won Ton Pee and fold in half. Let stand 1 hour, then boil in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain.
For topping:
- 1 1/2 lb. lean pork slices
- dried mushrooms
- mustard cabbage
- bamboo shoots
- celery
- Chinese parsley
- salt
- pepper
- 1/2 lb. fresh shrimp
Fast fry the ingredients. Make oyster sauce gravy, thickened with cornstarch. Makes about 3 c.
