Hekka Sauce #2

- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. shoyu
- 2 level Tbsp. water
- 1/4 c. mirin (sherry or sake)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Make sauce in bottle, shake and refrigerate until ready to use.
Note: Double recipe makes half quart.
