Wasabi Cucumbers
- 2 cucumbers, sliced
- 1/2 – 1 pkg. Shiofuki Konbu
- Wasabi paste (in tube)
Cut cucumbers to desired thickness. Add Shiofuki Konbu and wasabi. The hotter you want the cucumbers, the more wasabi you put in.
