Winner’s Mayonnaise Chicken

- 2 lb. chicken
- (mashed) Potato Buds
Sauce:
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. water
- 1-1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- Blend ingredients and coat chicken with sauce. May refrigerate overnight.
- Roll in Potato Buds.
- Bake 50-60 minutes at 350°. Turn over midway.
