Winner’s Mayonnaise Chicken

  • 2 lb. chicken
  • (mashed) Potato Buds

Sauce:

  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. water
  • 1-1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • Blend ingredients and coat chicken with sauce. May refrigerate overnight.
  • Roll in Potato Buds.
  • Bake 50-60 minutes at 350°. Turn over midway.
