Crock Pot Shredded Beef

  • About 4 lb pot roast or chuck roast
  • 1 can Coca-Cola
  • 1 c. ketchup
  • 1 package Lipton Onion Soup
  • Place meat in crock pot. Add cola, ketchup and soup mix.
  • Cover pot. Cook until meat shreds, approximately 4 to 6 hours.
  • Stir every so often.
  • Serve over linguine or spaghetti (cooked as directed on package) or rice or on buns with side of vegetables.
