Heidi’s Beef Stew

  • 4 pounds Stew Meat
  • Garlic
  • 2 cups Beef Bouillon Soup
  • Carrots, sliced
  • Celery, sliced
  • Potatoes, diced
  • 4 cups Tomato Soup
  • Onion
  • Salt and Pepper

Brown stew meat in garlic. Add beef bouillon and cook until almost tender, approximately 1-1/2 hours. Add carrots and celery. Cook for 10 minutes. Add potatoes and tomato soup. Cook another 5 minutes. Add onion. Cook until onions are translucent. Add salt and pepper to taste.
