Fried Chicken
- 1 lb. chicken or chicken wings
- 1 slice ginger
- 1 clove garlic
- ½ t. salt
- ¼ t. aji
- 1 T. sugar
- 1 T. vinegar
- 1¼ T. shoyu
- ¼ t. liquor
- Dash sesame oil
Cut up chicken – disjoint wings for chicken wings. Soak in sauce for ½ hour. Roll in flour seasoned with dash of salt and pepper. Deep fry.
