Fried Chicken
- 1 chicken fryer
- salt and pepper
- 3 T. salad oil
- ½ cup flour
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix (Lipton)
- 1 cup water
- ¼ cup cider vinegar
- dash of aji
Cut fryer into serving pieces. Salt and pepper. Dredge in flour. Brown chicken pieces, on all sides in salad oil. Sprinkle onion soup mix evenly. Add water, vinegar and flavor and simmer 45 minutes.
