Fish Teriyaki
- 1 lb. ahi, aku or mahimahi filets
- ½ cup shoyu
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1½ inch piece ginger
- ¼ tsp. monosodium glutamate
- 1 tbsp. toasted sesame seed
Combine teriyaki sauce ingredients and marinate fish 3 to 6 hours. Broil in an broiler 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
Yield: 4 servings.
