Fish-Crab Meat Pupu
- 3/4 lb. Raw fishcake
- 1 can crab meat
- 1/2 round onion, chopped
- 6 tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. Ajinomoto
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/2 t. ginger juice
- Oil for frying
- Mix all ingredients together and shape into small balls.
- Fry in deep fat.
- Serve hot!
