Fish-Crab Meat Pupu

  • 3/4 lb. Raw fishcake
  • 1 can crab meat
  • 1/2 round onion, chopped
  • 6 tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. Ajinomoto
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 t. ginger juice
  • Oil for frying
  1. Mix all ingredients together and shape into small balls.
  2. Fry in deep fat.
  3. Serve hot!
