Abalone Pupu
- 1 can abalone (use the abalone-like shellfish)
- 3 tbsp. abalone juice
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 3 tbsp. shoyu
- 1 tsp. ginger juice
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. Ajinomoto
- 1/4 tsp. Tabasco
- Mix all ingredients except the abalone.
- Slice or cube the abalone and soak in sauce for at least 2 hours.
NOTE: Put toothpicks alongside the bowl with the pupu for use to eat the abalone.
