Fish Baked in Ti Leaves
- 2½ lbs. fish
- 1½ tbsp. Hawaiian salt
- Ti leaves
Scale and clean fish. Rub with salt. Wrap the fish in several ti leaves, tying the ends together with string or the fibrous part of the ti leave. Place in shallow pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1½ hours. Serve hot in ti leaves.
