Filo Tarts

  • 1 box filo
  • 2 blocks butter, melted
  • 12 oz. frozen guava concentrate
  • 14 oz. condensed milk
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip

Preheat the oven to 350°. Cut filo into thirds, fold cach sheet in half. Using pastry brush. butter a muffin pan. Place filo dough in pan, brush dough with butter, fold edges into pan, brush again. Bake until brown, about 10 to 15 minutes then cool. For filling, blend the guava concentrate, condensed milk and cool whip. Spoon filling into filo C. just before serving. Note: Guava concentrate may be substituted with passion fruit, pink lemonade or 5 Alive concentrates. Substitute two 3.9 oz. boxes of instant pudding prepared as directed on box in place of the condensed milk and Cool Whip.
