Eva’s Ham Loaf
- 1½ pounds lean ground ham
- 1½ pounds lean ground pork
- 1½ cups bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- 2 tablespoon vinegar
Combine ham, pork, bread crumbs, eggs, and milk. Bake at 350 degrees 30 minutes. Top with sugar, mustard, and vinegar. Bake another hour. Serve on hot platter, garnished with broiled pineapple slices.
