Crab Casserole

  • 10 slices white bread, cut into cubes and place in bottom of buttered casserole

Mix:

  • 1 1/2 c. celery
  • 1 green pepper
  • 5 cans crab meat
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise

Stir together and place on bread cubes. Layer bread on top of crab. Beat 6 eggs, add 4 cups milk and pour over the bread. On top pour 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup, undiluted. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered. Serves 25.
