Cottage Cheese Patties
–Rosalia Fontanilla
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup ground nuts (pecans or walnuts)
- 1 to 2 cups bread crumbs
- 1 onion, chopped
- Garlic salt and sage to taste
Gravy:
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/2 can water
- 1 can mushrooms
Combine first 6 ingredients, form into patties, and fry. Place patties into casserole and cover with gravy mixture. Bake at 350º for 1 hour. Serves 6.
