Chicken Divan

  • 2 pkg. (10-oz. size) frozen broccoli
  • 2 lb. stewed chicken (or roast turkey), boned
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup Best Foods mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. curry powder
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Cook broccoli in salted water until just tender. Drain and arrange in 2-qt. baking dish; place boned chicken on top. Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and curry powder; pour over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese. (At this stage the dish may be refrigerated overnight or frozen.)

Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes, or until bubbly. Serves 6 to 8.
